Mr. Flumenbaum is a senior associate attorney in the Firm's Downtown Los Angeles office. Mr. Flumenbaum earned his B.A. in English and Psychology from Boston University in 2011 and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2015, where he was a member of the Emory University School of Law Real Estate Society. Since joining the Firm, Mr. Flumenbaum has represented institutional and private clients in a wide variety of real estate matters including, among other areas, property and land acquisition and sale, retail and commercial leasing, financing, refinancing and loan restructuring transactions and joint venture arrangements. In the past year alone, Mr. Flumenbaum has successfully negotiated and closed real estate acquisition and sale closings totaling over $250,000,000 in assets, across markets in California, Texas, Tennessee, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, New York and Michigan. Mr. Flumenbaum emphasizes consistency, reliability, responsiveness and singular dedication to achieve his client’s goals.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Flumenbaum was an associate with Public Counsel, the largest pro bono law firm in the nation, where he was able to lend assistance to clients across a litany of public interest fields of law.
Mr. Flumenbaum has a passion for sports, travel and environmental conservation. He is admitted to practice in California.
